BUCKLE UP FOR SNARKINESS AHEAD!

Ocasio-Cortez said that 'We set a goal to get to net-zero, rather than zero emissions, in 10 years because we aren't sure that we'll be able to fully get rid of farting cows and airplanes that fast.' Revealed: Ocasio-Cortez's 'Green New Deal' calls for all-electric cars, no more airplanes or 'farting cows,' $4.6 TRILLION in infrastructure spending and income guarantees for people who are.

Don't look now but climate change is back in the news.

Well, sorta.

Let me explain.

Remember when Democratic Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez (N.Y.) used to be in the news every other day?

Seems that she was always fighting with Democratic House Speaker Nancy Pelosi to remove Pelosi from her throne.

Well, apparently Pelosi won that little battle but not before Ocasio-Cortez tried to pass 'gas.'

  • Ocasio-Cortez promises to end cow farts, airlines, and flooded living rooms. The waiting is over. Today, one of the most clueless people ever to take up space in the U.S. House of Representatives unveiled her Green New Deal, and it's a doozy. Not only does it promise racial and economic justice but lots and lots of new jobs building the high-speed railroads that will eventually drive the airline industry under (OK, it will also cost lots and lots of jobs) and rebuilding or retrofitting.
  • Ocasio-Cortez's office released an. Cows were discussed in two FAQ documents, which likely explains the preoccupation. As mentioned earlier, the fact sheet sent to NPR reads.

By passing gas, I'm referring to her 'farting cows' comment that was 'leaked' (no pun intended) from her office in February 2019.

With the advent of COVID-19 and a 'pandemic' that has seen nearly everyone running for their 'life saving' masks, many thought climate change was a thing of the past.

But, alas, no.

On Tuesday, Burger King announced that it is trying to expel less gas than it did before by changing the diet of some of its cows.

Maybe so much so that it would even make Ocasio-Cortez breathe easier.

Burger King described the process as follows:

'As the cows digest their feed, they produce a lot of methane. This greenhouse gas is released every time the cows burp and fart the methane gas out. Methane is considered a high contributor to global warming, making it a key area for us to tackle in pursuit of the 2016 Paris Agreement target of limiting global warming to well below 2°C and pursuing efforts to limit it to 1.5°C.'

Wealth

Who knew Burger King was adhering to the 2016 Paris Agreement?

The corporation continued:

'As a result, we found that by adding 100 grams of dried lemongrass leaves to the cows' daily feed, we were able to see a reduction of up to 33% on average of methane emissions during the period the diet was fed (the last three-to-four months of the cow's life in the case of our research). And the good news is that this reduction was powered by a natural plant that grows from Mexico to India.'

Next time you have a burger at Burger King why don't you 'chew on' those facts.

I know for me personally that it's too much information to digest or at least pleasantly digest.

So, I think I'll just take a 'pass' on Burger King and look for another burger joint that isn't pushing the liberal agenda of climate change and worried about cow farts.

After all, if someone is concerned about 'farts' they can always wear a mask and be '100 percent' protected just like with COVID-19, right? Or so, liberals would have you believe.

But, shouldn't the 'Karens' and 'Darrens' who freak out when someone is not wearing a mask during the coronavirus outbreak also feel comfortable and obligated in putting on a mask around a cow to protect the poor beast in their last stages of life and allow them to eat what they want?
